Heidi B. Hackman Parker, Esq.

Ms. Parker began laying the foundation for her career in labor and employment law during law school in 2005, working at a boutique labor and employment firm in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Parker remains a member of the Bar in good standing in Illinois and Florida. Throughout her career, Ms. Parker has built a strong reputation in private practice, representing clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters.

Building on her extensive experience, Ms. Parker transitioned into the field of alternative dispute resolution, where she has demonstrated a deep understanding of labor-related industries and issues. Her commitment to neutrality and fairness is evident in her ability to render decisions based on the facts and arguments presented and established arbitral principles.

Ms. Parker is a hearing examiner, mediator and arbitrator in labor matters contracted through multiple state agencies throughout the country and the District of Columbia. Ms. Parker also accepts ad hoc appointments in labor & employment, consumer and business disputes and may be contacted directly about her services and fees.

Ms. Parker is a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and serves on the American Health Law Association Arbitrator Panel.

She brings her resolution services to consumer disputes as a member of the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board and a Licensed Mediator through the Florida Department of Financial Services. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator. Ms. Parker upholds the highest standards of professionalism, providing impartial and effective resolution services to a wide range of clients.
